What you Buy
Buying at great prices results in great deals. That’s why we buy small multifamily, directly sourced from the seller. We routinely buy assets priced 10%-30% below market comps, making it hard to lose.
We Go Where We Have Advantages
Real estate investing is about advantages. Through our operating partners, we are vertically integrated & have a significant local footprint in terms of relationships, contractors, and unit count. We’ve collectively closed 50+ deals of this type, and directly own 300+ units alongside our partners & investors.
We Don’t Fight The Market
While we’re not market-dependent, we don’t ignore the impact of the greater market forces on our future returns. Despite strong demand from the Northeast, New Hampshire is a supply constrained market. It is difficult to build here. This is a tailwind that drives outperformance.
Alignment Matters
We structure deals where our incentive comes largely after our investors win. We’re light on up-front & on-going fees, as we prefer to bet on our success.
